How many of you waisted time with this eBay nut job?
 

For the life of me, I can't figure out this guy's motive. He had a good feedback rating and then sets up an Dutch auction for Silver Eagles he didn't have. He is now in the process of refunding everyone's money. Nobody likes being jerked around including PayPal and eBay.
